1. Find a 9 X 12 envelope. Put your name in the upper right corner of it and use it to put all the things in that you need for your recommendation letters.
2. Fill out my portion of the school's form with whatever of the following information they require:

What do you most want them to know about you. In other words, what is it that you believe is your selling point to them?
What is the full mailing address of the school to which you are applying (Yes, please, even if you're the one who is going to mail it)
What is the complete name of the program to which you are applying?
What job do you hope to have as a result of graduating with this advanced degree?
